Refund Policy

Refunds are eligible only for requests where no action has been taken by the processing team. Once the process is initiated, no refunds will be processed.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for booking. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Additional Charges:

Any additional charges incurred during the process (e.g., employer fees) will be communicated to the customer and must be paid separately.

Cancellation Procedure:

To cancel a verification or evaluation and request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@vivenns.com. Provide your request details and reason for cancellation.

Exceptions:

In cases where the verification or evaluation cannot be completed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., issuer unavailability), no refunds will be processed.
